What is the Surveying Techniques course?

Do I need a maths background to do surveying?
You need basic numeracy, but not a maths qualification. The course teaches the practical side, like reading a level staff and recording measurements, step by step. Most learners pick it up with practice on site. If you are comfortable with basic calculations and careful with detail, you will manage the course.
Can you train at our site?
Yes, on-site training at client premises is a standard delivery mode and it works well for surveying, because learners practise on real ground conditions.
