What does the course cover?

It is a practical day with hands-on exercises, and you receive a certificate on completion.
Do I need experience before I can do this course?
No previous rigging experience is required. The course starts with the basics of lifting equipment and safe slinging, so new workers can attend. It also suits experienced assistants who need formal certification. Classes run daily at our Midrand and Durban centres or on site at your premises, and the course is R1500 per person.

Basic Rigging & Slinging is a one day course for assistants and general lifting teams, covering slinging, equipment inspection and hand signals.
