What is the Fire Marshal course?

What does a fire marshal do?
A fire marshal, also called a fire warden, helps keep the workplace safe from fire. Duties include spotting fire hazards, supporting evacuation procedures, assisting occupants during an emergency and using firefighting equipment within its limits. Who should attend the Fire Marshal course?
The course is for appointed fire marshals and fire wardens, safety officers and supervisors who support workplace fire safety. No previous fire training is needed, though it helps to know your building's layout and procedures. You can train at our Midrand or Durban centres, or on site at your premises.
