How much does Basic Fire Awareness cost?
Basic Fire Awareness costs R650 per person and runs over one day. Classes run daily with no waiting period, and prices are negotiable for group bookings. The course is aligned to unit standard 12484 and covers fire prevention, fire types and what to do when a fire starts. Email info@rehtraining.co.za to book.
Do I need experience before doing Basic Fire Awareness?
No, the course is designed for people with no firefighting background. It starts with fire chemistry and the types of fire, then moves to prevention, equipment and fighting small containable fires. That makes it a good fit for general employees as well as designated fire fighters. Book on email info@rehtraining.co.za.
