Do I need experience with chainsaws to attend?
No prior experience is needed. The course takes you from chainsaw components and safety checks through to safe operation and cutting techniques. If you already work with chainsaws, it gives you a recognised certificate and a structured refresher on safe practice. You complete the training in one day and get your certificate on completion.
What certificate do I get after the chainsaw course?
You receive a certificate issued in line with SAQA-aligned unit standards, and the course maps to Unit Standard 10255 at NQF Level 2.
